Registering for our Online Banking
Registering for our Online Banking service is easy. Simply fill in the form and we will send your log on details to your registered home address. You will receive your registration number and Passcode within 10 working days.
Alternatively (or if you are under 16) you can either call us on 08459 724 724 with your Abbey cash card, VISA Electron or VISA debit card details (Lines are open 7am to 11pm, Monday to Saturday and 9am to 6pm on Sunday) or visit your local Abbey branch. Please bring identification with you - for example your VISA debit card or account passbook.
Register for Online Business Banking
If you are a Business Banking customer please call 0845 607 0666 to register for online banking. Lines are open 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
Register for Online Credit Card
Our Online Credit Card service gives you complete control of your card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To register, simply call us on 0845 602 0350 with your Abbey credit card details. Lines are open 8am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.
Register for e-mortgage service
If you are an existing Flexible Mortgage customer register now for the e-mortgage service by calling 0845 600 0346 (Option 6) (8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm Saturday).Alternatively, if you have an Abbey Mortgage that you would like to switch to a Flexible Mortgage please call us on 0800 028 0064 (8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Saturday).
AER stands for Annual Equivalent Rate and shows what the interest rate would be if we paid interest and added it to your account each year. The tax free rate is the rate of interest payable where interest is exempt from income tax. The favourable treatment of ISAs may change in the future.
