Guaranteed Growth Plan, provided by Abbey National PEP & ISA Managers Limited, offers a great guaranteed minimum return at maturity. It means that whatever happens to the markets, your capital will be safe. You can also earn more, depending on the performance of the stockmarket or the property market. All you have to do is leave your money untouched for the full term.
There are 2 options available;
1. The Stockmarket Option where the return is linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 Index; or
2. The Property Option where the return on your plan is linked to the performance of the Halifax House Price Index (House Price Index)
You must have at least £1,500 to invest.
